Allium cepa (aggregatum group) Pinky-bronze skin. (110 days) F-1 hybrid. Lustrous pinky-bronze shallot with elongated 4–5" bulbs that are easy to peel and slice. Sweet and slightly citrusy when raw, also great sautéed.
Solanum lycopersicum Red skin. (60 days) F-1 hybrid. Glossy red plum-shaped 1-2 oz grape tomato. Prolific, crack-resistant, versatile: use them fresh, dried, stewed, sauced. Sweet and tangy.
Solanum lycopersicum Pinkish red skin. (80 days) Open pollinated. Lithuanian heirloom; productive pink 6-oz paste, subtly tapered to a rounded tip. Smooth full flavor.
Cucurbita maxima Dark blue-tinted brown skin. (95 days) Open pollinated. 4–6 lb subtly ribbed, slightly flattened 6x5" fruits ripen to buff chestnut-brown with a blue sheen. Flesh is moist but not watery. Great keeper.
