An excellent lopper with a precise bypass-type cutting head, and strong yet lightweight aluminum handles. The curved blade and hooked counterblade cradle and pull in the limb during the lopping stroke for a clean cut that does not crush the bark tissue. A clean cut is essential for proper post-prune healing. Capable of cutting branches up to 1.4" diameter.
