New Potato Collection

We’ve selected three early varieties especially suited for “new” potatoes, to be harvested when immature early in the season. New potatoes have higher moisture content, less starch, and thinner skins than mature potatoes; they are extra sweet and delicious for roasting and potato salads. All varieties in this collection can also be grown to maturity for winter storage.

2# each of three varieties: Carla Rosa, Envol, and Upstate Abundance. All varieties are individually packaged and labeled. NEW!

For orders placed by February 21, 2025, this item will ship on our regular shipping schedule, starting in late March with the warmest states and finishing by early May. Orders placed after February 21, 2025 will be shipped later, and in the order in which they were received. We cannot ship this item any earlier; we regret that we cannot honor any requests to do so.
