A wicked good selection of our favorite varieties from our great state of Maine, which has a rich history of growing potatoes. This classic collection covers all the bases, with spuds suited for baking, frying, mashing, and storing away in the root cellah.

This collection of three varieties includes 2 lb each of Katahdin, Kennebec and Caribou Russet. All varieties are individually packaged and labeled.

Plant small seed potatoes whole, and cut larger ones into 2-oz pieces, about the size of an egg, with at least two eyes. This collection contains enough to plant up to 16 plants per variety, 48 plants in total.

One pound of seed will usually plant 5–8 row feet, depending on the variety; 10# will usually plant 50 row feet.

Early potatoes mature in 65-80 days.
Midseason potatoes mature in 80-90 days
Late potatoes mature in more than 90 days

Shipping

For orders placed by February 20, 2026, this item will ship on our regular shipping schedule, starting in late March with the warmest states and finishing by early May. Orders placed after February 20, 2026 will be shipped later, and in the order in which they were received. We cannot ship this item any earlier; we regret that we cannot honor any requests to do so.
