Surprise your family and friends with blue French fries or potato chips! Blue (or purple) potatoes are revered for their earthy nutty flavor, firm texture, and for adding a splash of color to your favorite dish. A great choice for baking, roasting, steaming, or in salads. 

This collection includes 2 lb each of Huckleberry Gold, Adirondack Blue and Purple Viking—a good variety of flesh colors all with striking blue and purple skins. All varieties are individually packaged and labeled.

Plant seed potatoes whole or cut into pieces 2 inches or greater (approximately 2oz) with at least two eyes present. This collection contains enough to plant up to 16 plants for each variety - up to 48 plants in total.

Seed Potatoes Solanum tuberosum

One pound of seed will usually plant 5–8 row feet, depending on the variety; 10# will usually plant 50 row feet.

  • Early potatoes mature in 65-80 days.
  • Midseason potatoes mature in 80-90 days
  • Late potatoes mature in more than 90 days

Shipping

For orders placed by February 20, 2026, this item will ship on our regular shipping schedule, starting in late March with the warmest states and finishing by early May. Orders placed after February 20, 2026 will be shipped later, and in the order in which they were received. We cannot ship this item any earlier; we regret that we cannot honor any requests to do so.
