Fall.
Pacific × Albion. Vineland Station, Ontario, Canada, 1967.
Dark blue skin with a light blue waxy bloom. Firm semi-freestone golden-fleshed fruit is delicious for fresh eating and keeps in storage for a bit.
Bred specifically for home gardeners in colder climates and selected for large fruit size and reliable heavy annual cropping. Growers in Ontario reported harvests around October 1. Partially self-fertile but yields best when paired with another European plum. Zone 4.
