Midsummer, orange skin.
HW410 (V51092 × NJA #1) Richard Layne intro, Harrow Station, Ontario, 1980.
Outstanding flavorful firm orange flesh. Very large fruit (2" or more) with muted-orange skin and a speckled blush. Freestone.
Open spreading productive tree blooms late, which reduces the risk of late frost damage. Ripens about 10 days after Harcot. Disease tolerant and resistant to cracking. Self-fertile but a second apricot variety will increase fruit yields. Zone 4/5.
