An unusually high-quality very small delicious fresh-eating crab with a long stem and oval shape. About the size of a small plum. Shiny smooth mottled red-pink-orange-yellow skin with a thin purplish blush. Tender crisp juicy slightly spicy tart light orange flesh. Not sweet. Makes a good sauce.
