The diverse Allium genus holds a special place in our hearts at Fedco. Garlic and onions aside, we love the boisterous flowering onions that bloom in fireworks of purple, pink, yellow, red and white. Depending on the species, umbels may be as small as gumballs or as big as volleyballs, composed of scads of individual florets.
