A liquid community of lactic acid bacteria, Bacillus spp., purple non-sulfur bacteria, and yeast, grown together through a patented fermentation process rather than cultivated as isolated strains. Above ground and below, these microbes help plants build resiliency, standing up to disease pressure and environmental stress while strengthening the soil that supports them.
Just as probiotics restore balance to the human gut, this inoculant restores balance to the living systems in your soil. Beneficial microbes make existing soil nutrients more bio-available, unlock bound phosphorus, and keep working long after application. Over time this helps build long-term soil quality for stronger and more extensive root systems, better aeration and tilth, faster breakdown of organic matter, and a soil food web equipped to support healthy, resilient plants. It can also accelerate or kickstart a stalled compost pile.
For most outdoor applications, BioAg should be diluted at 1:1000 (1 teaspoon per gallon) and it ready to use with no brewing or activation required. That is a meaningful improvement on EM-1, the product it replaces: EM-1 required a heavier 1:100 dilution, cost more per treatment, and carried a shelf life of roughly 14 months from manufacture. BioAg holds for up to 5 years, so it is ready whenever you are. In our 2025 trials, BioAg outperformed EM-1 on both disease suppression and overall plant health. Also, the manufacturer is recommended by the late Michael Phillips in his book The Holistic Orchard.
Suitable for gardens, orchards, and lawns, seed starting, foliar spraying, and post-harvest use. Not recommended for direct application to open blooms.
Download BioAg usage guide for application guidance. Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
