White skin.
This Porcelain comes to us from a grower in Aroostook County, ME, supposedly by way of Poland, so you know it’s at home in very cold places. Big bulbs with 4–6 cloves have classic white wrappers and pink-to-brown clove skins. Good spiciness and wonderful aromatic flavor. Long storage.
Plants are big and thrive on moisture; our grower tells us Rosewood is tolerant to wet springs and to heavy clay soils.
Hardneck variety. Zone 3-8
