yellow skin, deep yellow flesh Developed in Germany, these medium-large oblong potatoes are on the waxy side and hold their shape, making a preeminent potato salad. Fabulous new potatoes. Attractive firm skin is smooth and velvety.

Most known for being on the early side of midseason and a classic “gold nugget” potato. Said to have the lowest glycemic index of any potato.

A tried-and-true late-blight survivor; shows resistance to scab, rhizoctonia, blackleg and drought. Late Blight Resistant
