Firm and waxy, with flavor loved by all. Great prepared on the grill, wrapped in foil with sliced onion, peach wedges and sea salt.

Carola is highly resistant to scab, but watch out for dreary weather that could bring fungal blights. Occasionally fails winter virus test.
