Yellow Birch Twig Tea
The small twiggy ends of yellow birch branches make a delightful tea. Harvest a
handful of twigs and remove the leaves. Bring a pot of water to a boil, remove
from heat and toss in the twigs. Cover and steep for about 10–15 minutes
or until the tea has a soft rosy color and smells faintly sweet, like
wintergreen. Strain the tea, serve and enjoy!
