Shipping by freight can save you oodles of dough, but it’s not as simple as shipping with FedEx. Before you ask us to ship by truck, please note the following requirements:

1. The shipping address you supply must be able to accommodate a full-sized semi truck. If your home or farm location is not suitable, please coordinate with a nearby business to accept the shipment for you and provide us with their business name and shipping address instead.
2. Someone must be present to accept the delivery. We will request that the freight terminal call in advance to schedule your delivery but we cannot guarantee that they will do so. We will provide you with a tracking number and contact information for the freight company.
3. You must provide the equipment or labor to unload the pallet from the truck quickly. If you require a lift-gate to lower the pallet to the ground, you can request this from us for an additional fee.

1. The order deadline for the depot you selected is the of each month (when depot ordering is active). Pickups begin approximately two weeks after the order deadline. Please add logistics@fedcoseeds.com to your contacts list so that you receive your shipping and arrival confirmations with exact pickup dates.
2. This depot's pickup schedule is: You agree to pick up your order within one week of its arrival at the depot, unless you contact us or the depot host to make other arrangements.
3. Fedco makes every effort to ship pallets to every depot, but if we don't accumulate a reasonable volume of orders for a shipment we may be forced to cancel. In the event of a depot shipment cancellation, we will email you within two days of the order deadline and offer to (a) hold your order until the following month's shipment, (b) ship your order to the next closest depot, (c) ship your order to your house via FedEx and bill you for the additional shipping fees, or (d) cancel your order.
